We collect the minimum information necessary to provide the service:
Your audio files and converted tracks are stored exclusively on your device. Halalify does not upload, transmit, or share your audio content with any third party. When you delete a song from the app or uninstall the app, the files are removed from your device.
Halalify offers optional Pro subscriptions (monthly and annual) purchased through Apple's App Store. All payment processing, subscription management, and billing enquiries are handled by Apple. We do not have access to your payment card information. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
Halalify does not integrate third-party advertising networks, social media SDKs, or analytics platforms. The only third-party service involved in the app's operation is Apple's App Store (for distribution and in-app purchases), which is governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy.
All data associated with Halalify is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain servers that store your personal data. Deleting the app removes all locally stored Halalify data from your device.
Halalify is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it.
